Lunch in a tiny village with a local family was a stand-out – lovely people and very welcoming. Moreover our driver was excellent, as was our guide. The tour group of 11 was perfect for the length of the tour.

Istanbul with all its little streets and shops and wonderful coffee and cake shops and the markets, its such a busy and interesting city. We also loved seeing the historical places outside Istanbul and learning about the history of them. Furthermore Turkish food is so tasty and interesting and we loved trying out all the different dishes.
